After leaving the corporate world in 2006, I decided to pursue a career that fed not only my pocket book, but also my soul. I enrolled in "just one" baking class at College of DuPage and the rest was history. I went on to graduate from the college's Hopsitality Administration Program in 2009, majoring in Baking and Pastry, Culinary Arts and Foodservice Administration. I graduated with High Honors. I feel my well-rounded course of study makes me unique in the field.
I am also a professional cake decorator and taught cake decorating for several years as a Wilton Method Instructor. I met many new and interesting people, many of whom I now call my friends.
My company is based on the belief that life is hard, and cooking shouldn't be! Whether you want to learn to cook or have someone do the cooking for you, your needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
